Now supporting Proxmox, HyperCore, and more

One Platform.
Every Hypervisor.
Anywhere.

Edge Command is a lightweight virtual appliance that connects your existing infrastructure to Cloud Command — giving you unified management, monitoring, and optional cloud services across every hypervisor you run, wherever it lives.

1 vCPU Required
512 MB RAM
<2.5 GB Disk

You didn't standardize on one hypervisor.
Nobody does.

You deployed Proxmox five years ago because it was free and worked. You picked up Scale HyperCore a year later for a client who wanted simplicity. Three months ago you stood up a NodeWeaver cluster because the footprint mattered. Now you are logging into three different interfaces, running three different monitoring tools, and getting three different sets of alerts. None of them talk to each other.

Multiple interfaces

Managing Proxmox, HyperCore, or NodeWeaver means logging into each one separately. There is no unified view.

No multi-tenancy

Most hypervisors were not built for MSP use. Tenant isolation, resource pools, and per-client billing don't exist natively.

Cloud is an afterthought

Replication, DR, and cloud burst are separate products from separate vendors. Getting them to work together is your problem.

Install one agent. Manage everything from Cloud Command.

Edge Command is a virtual appliance that weighs almost nothing — 1 vCPU, 512MB RAM, under 2.5GB of disk. Deploy it on any supported hypervisor, at any location, and it connects back to Cloud Command automatically. From that moment on, every VM on that platform is visible, manageable, and optionally connected to cloud services from the same interface you use for everything else.

You don't have to use our cloud. Replication is not enabled by default. DRaaS is not enabled by default. Cloud compute is not required. Edge Command is fully useful as a fleet management and unified monitoring platform and nothing else. Cloud services are there when and if you want them.

Unified Fleet Management

Every hypervisor, every cluster, every VM in one place. Manage, monitor, and operate your entire infrastructure from Cloud Command regardless of what's running underneath.

True Multi-Tenancy

Create isolated tenant environments with dedicated resource pools, access controls, and white-label branding. Each client sees only what's theirs.

Tiny Footprint

One vCPU, 512MB RAM, and under 2.5GB of disk. Deploys in minutes on any supported platform without disrupting existing workloads.

Optional Edge-to-Cloud Replication

When you're ready, replicate any VM from your edge to any Cloudasys datacenter in the same native platform. No translation layers, no lock-in. RTOs go from hours or days to minutes.

Encrypted Cloud Link

Secure overlay networking connects your clusters to Cloud Command without exposing them to the internet. Works behind NAT, through corporate firewalls, no inbound ports required.

Optional DRaaS

Block-level incremental replication with RPOs down to minutes. Enable it when your customers need it. Skip it when they don't.

If you manage infrastructure for more than one customer or team, Edge Command was built for you.

Managed Service Providers

You manage infrastructure across multiple clients, possibly running different hypervisors at different sites. Edge Command gives you one console for all of it, multi-tenant isolation so clients never see each other, and optional cloud services to add revenue without adding complexity.

  • Unified management across all client sites
  • Per-tenant resource pools and access controls
  • White-label branding options
  • Optional cloud burst and DRaaS revenue

Enterprise IT and Multi-Site Operations

You have multiple locations, multiple departments, and possibly multiple hypervisor platforms across your estate. Edge Command brings centralized visibility and control without requiring a rip and replace of existing infrastructure.

  • One dashboard for every site and cluster
  • Department-level resource isolation
  • Internal chargeback reporting
  • Hybrid cloud flexibility when you need it

Hypervisor Resellers and VAR Partners

You sell and deploy HyperCore, Proxmox, or NodeWeaver for your clients. Edge Command turns those deployments into a managed service you can charge for monthly, with optional cloud services layered on top when your clients are ready.

  • Remote management of every customer cluster
  • Add DR replication as a revenue service
  • Recurring revenue on top of hardware sales
  • One interface regardless of what you sold them

Three steps from your existing infrastructure to unified cloud management

1

Deploy the Agent

Import the Edge Command virtual appliance to any supported hypervisor at any location. It auto-connects to Cloud Command via Cloud Link. No inbound firewall rules, no VPN setup, no configuration headaches. Takes about ten minutes.

2

Create Tenants & Assign Resources

Set up client or department accounts with resource quotas, access controls, and optional branding. Each tenant sees only their own VMs and resources. You see everything.

3

Manage, Monitor, and Optionally Grow

Every VM is visible and manageable from Cloud Command. Turn on replication, DRaaS, or cloud burst when your clients need it. Leave them off when they don't. The platform grows at the pace your business does.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which hypervisors does Edge Command support?

Proxmox VE and Scale Computing HyperCore are in production today. NodeWeaver integration is in active development. XCP-ng is being evaluated. Harvester and StorMagic are planned. We evaluate new integrations based on where our partners are actually deploying.

Do I have to use Cloudasys cloud services?

No. Replication, DRaaS, and cloud burst are completely optional and not enabled by default. Edge Command is fully useful as a fleet management and unified monitoring platform without ever connecting a single cloud resource. Cloud services are there when you and your clients want them.

How does Cloud Link connectivity work?

Cloud Link creates an encrypted overlay network between your infrastructure and Cloud Command. It works through NAT, corporate firewalls, and requires no inbound ports. Outbound HTTPS only. VMs keep running locally if connectivity is interrupted. Management resumes automatically when it restores.

Can I manage clusters at customer sites?

Yes. That is one of the primary use cases. Deploy an Edge Command appliance at each customer site and manage all of them from a single Cloud Command console. Each customer sees only their own resources. Note: each customer cluster requires its own Edge Command subscription based on the physical CPUs in their chassis.

What happens if a client wants replication or DR later?

Turn it on. Replication and DRaaS are features you enable per tenant when the time is right. There is no migration, no reinstall, and no downtime. The same Edge Command agent that was managing the fleet starts handling replication the moment you enable it.

Can workloads replicate from edge to cloud and back?

Yes. Edge-to-Cloud replication works in both directions. A workload running on Proxmox at the edge can replicate to any Cloudasys datacenter running Proxmox. Cloud-to-Edge works the same way. Same native platform both sides, no translation layers.

How small is the Edge Command appliance footprint?

One vCPU, 512MB RAM, and under 2.5GB of disk. It runs quietly alongside your existing workloads and has no measurable impact on cluster performance.

What about Scale Computing Fleet Manager?

Edge Command adds everything Fleet Manager lacks — true multi-tenancy, per-tenant resource isolation, white-label branding, integrated billing, and optional cloud services — in a single platform that also manages your non-HyperCore infrastructure. If you outgrew Fleet Manager or never wanted to pay for it, Edge Command is the answer.

Multi-Hypervisor Management for MSPs and Enterprise IT

The reality for most MSPs and IT teams is that they didn't standardize on one hypervisor — and they never will. You deployed what made sense at the time: Proxmox because it was free and powerful, HyperCore because a client wanted simplicity, NodeWeaver because the footprint mattered. Now you're juggling multiple management interfaces, multiple monitoring tools, and multiple sets of credentials.

Edge Command changes that equation. It's a lightweight virtual appliance that connects any supported hypervisor to Cloud Command, giving you unified management, monitoring, and optional cloud services across your entire fleet. One platform. Every hypervisor. Anywhere.

Why MSPs Choose Edge Command

Managed Service Providers need multi-tenancy that most hypervisors don't provide natively. Edge Command delivers true tenant isolation with dedicated resource pools, access controls, and white-label branding. Each client sees only their own VMs and resources. You see everything from one console.

But Edge Command isn't just about management. When your clients are ready for cloud services — replication, disaster recovery, or cloud burst — you turn them on. No migration, no reinstall, no new platform to learn. The infrastructure you already manage becomes cloud-connected the moment you need it to be.

Enterprise and Multi-Site Operations

Enterprise IT teams use Edge Command to manage hypervisor deployments across business units, departments, or geographic regions. Each group gets their own resource pool and access controls. IT maintains central visibility and governance. When a department needs more capacity than their local cluster provides, cloud burst gives them instant resources without a procurement cycle.

Edge Command doesn't ask you to rip and replace. It connects to the infrastructure you already have, wherever it lives, and gives you a single management plane for all of it.
